Dolly's Coffee Corner
About This Spot
Walking into Dolly's Coffee Corner is like slipping into a quietly comforting retreat amid the hum of the industrial estate. The air is warm with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and baked goods, creating a welcoming pause in the rhythm of the day. This unassuming spot carries an easygoing pace where familiar faces share tables with new visitors, all drawn by the sense of genuine care woven into each detail.
Inside, the space feels thoughtfully arranged to invite both lively conversation and quiet moments, with cozy seating that spills softly onto a small outdoor area when the weather permits. You’ll find the atmosphere threaded with the simple pleasures of honest food and drink—breakfasts that speak to timeless comforts, from flaky sausage rolls to hearty cobs filled with crisp ham and fresh salad. It’s the kind of place where the richness of the coffee effortlessly matches the warmth offered by the staff, whose attentiveness makes every visit feel like a friendly hello rather than a brief transaction.
Beyond breakfast, there’s a comforting rhythm throughout the day—light, homemade cakes baked with care, jacket potatoes loaded with thoughtful toppings, and sandwiches that satisfy both little and grown-up appetites alike. The mood here isn’t hurried or polished, but softly genuine, where the focus is on those little moments of human connection that transform a simple coffee break into something quietly memorable.
Dolly’s Coffee Corner sits a little off the usual path, but its charm quickly becomes clear: a reassuring slice of everyday joy where neighbours and passersby alike find themselves lingering just a little longer. It’s a place that invites you to settle in, enjoy the familiar, and maybe even discover a new favourite, all within the hum of this modest yet spirited spot on Rempstone Road.

We drove past today and decided to pop in. Nice and busy inside and a few tables in use outside too. Good friendly service. Lovely full breakfast with delicious latte and a sausage cob with a nice cup of tea. Thanks we'll be back... maybe for a cake

Superb. Came in for breakfast and although they were very busy, we didn't feel rushed whilst ordering. Service excellent but the food was the star of the show. Two full English breakfasts, a tea and a soft drink later we left very very happy indeed and will be back. Come for the service, stay for the bacon! EDIT - we went again and the second picture shows the second brekkie. It was even better than the first. Becoming my new favourite

Absolutely love this place – such a great find for breakfast, lunch and coffee! The best part? The cakes are homemade in Gemma’s kitchen. The staff are so friendly, everything’s spotless, and it’s just the cutest little spot. My only wish is that I’d discovered it sooner!

Genuinely the nicest breakfast i’ve had in a very long time, proper butchers sausages and lovely thick bacon. Absolutely stunning. Cafe itself is also very nice with inside and outside seating and the staff and owner were amazing. 10/10 service. Definitely be back.

A little gem of a place. We stumbled across Dolly’s in search of breakfast on a charity walk. The owner and staff were so accommodating and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. It was meant to be a one off visit, but we’ll certainly be back and we’ll be putting the word out. Thanks for looking after us.

Great Breakfast here at Dolly’s probably the best I’ve had in years. Was our first visit and won’t definitely be the last. Dog friendly too. Highly recommend
